Bangkok places great importance on protecting personal data and complying with personal data protection laws. To ensure that data subjects can trust that Bangkok will properly safeguard their personal data and implement appropriate security measures, Bangkok requests permission to collect, use, and disclose the personal data you have registered for the following purposes:

1. To prepare the Green List to support exemption from Low Emission Zone (LEZ) restrictions in Bangkok.
2. To provide information for the development and creation of software or artificial intelligence (AI) systems related to the implementation of Low Emission Zone (LEZ) measures in Bangkok by developers under Bangkok's control, supervision, and oversight.
3. To process and prepare statistical reports on vehicles entering Bangkok in accordance with the effective period of announcements issued by the Bangkok Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Command and other laws specifying operations related to allowing vehicles registered and listed on the Green List to enter the area as usual.
4. To provide information for policy development related to Low Emission Zone (LEZ) measures in Bangkok.

In addition, Bangkok hereby informs you of the following regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your personal data:

1. Collection of personal data

The system may collect your personal data in the following cases:

• When you register to use the system
• When you provide information or submit a Green List (Green List) registration request
• Through system usage, such as IP address, device type, and website usage data
2. Use of personal data

The collected data will be used for the purposes stated above.

3. Disclosure of personal data

We will not disclose your personal data to third parties except where

• You have given your consent
• It is required by law
• Disclosure is necessary for the operations of relevant agencies
4. Protection of personal data

We have appropriate policies and security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of information.

5. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to manage your personal data as follows:

• Request access to or obtain a copy of your personal data

Terms and Conditions of Service

The Green List Registration System ("the System") has established service terms to help users understand their rights, duties, and obligations related to the use of the service, as follows:

1. Acceptance of terms
• Use of the system indicates that the user has read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the system.
2. Registration and account use
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
• Users must keep their username and password confidential and must not allow others to use their account.
• If unauthorized use of an account is found, the user must notify the system administrator as soon as possible and may submit the issue for review and correction by email at [email protected].
3. Use of the service
• Users must use the service within the scope of the law and the agency's policies.
• Users must not use the system to engage in any activity that violates the rights of others or causes damage to the system.
• The system reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any user who violates these terms without prior notice.
4. Protection of personal data
• The system places great importance on user privacy and will store and use personal data in accordance with the personal data collection, use, and disclosure consent form (PDPA).
• Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their own data in accordance with applicable law.
5. Changes to the terms and conditions of service
• The system reserves the right to amend or change these service terms without prior notice.
• Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users should review the terms periodically.
