Green List Registration Form (Green List) for requesting an exemption from the Low Emission Zone (Low Emission Zone) measures in Bangkok

For the fiscal year 2027, prepared by Bangkok Metropolitan Administration to allow business operators whose vehicles are registered under the Land Transport Act B.E. 2522 (under Ministerial Regulation No. 4 (B.E. 2524), issued under the Land Transport Act B.E. 2522), including (1) passenger vehicles in all 7 standards, (2) vehicles used for transporting animals or goods in all 9 categories, and (3) small vehicles that have undergone vehicle maintenance, including engine oil changes and air filter cleaning/replacement, from 1 October 2026 onward, to be exempted from the normal restrictions on entering the Low Emission Zone in Bangkok, provided that Bangkok Metropolitan Administration issues an announcement by the Bangkok Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Command regarding prohibiting specified vehicles from entering the Low Emission Zone.
